The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for reporting to senior managers and providing information on research, trends, and best practices in talent management. This information will then be used to create practical strategies and solutions for improving talent management within the organization.

Job Description:
Our client, a prestigious law firm in Calgary, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of legal secretary experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal professionals
– Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports
– Maintain and organize files and documentation
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates
– Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other law firms
– Assist with billing and time-tracking
– Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of legal secretary experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
– Diploma or certificate in Legal Secretary program is an asset
