Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility and ensuring that production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise a team of production workers and ensure that they are following all safety procedures and guidelines
– Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet production targets
– Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet company standards
– Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process
– Train new employees on company policies and procedures
– Maintain accurate records of production data and report any deviations from the plan
– Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and logistics, to ensure smooth operations
– Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years experience in a production supervisory role
– Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
– Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
