Ezra is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for their Enterprise division based in Toronto, Canada. This role involves overseeing customer success on a global scale. Reporting directly to the leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Financial Analyst and assist with financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
– Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
– Assist with variance analysis and identifying key performance indicators
– Monitor key financial metrics and trends
– Collaborate with various departments to collect and analyze financial information
– Support the Senior Financial Analyst in special projects and ad-hoc analysis

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
