Job Description:
Deloitte is seeking a Security Policy Analyst to help clients improve their resilience and derive value from their cybersecurity programs. The successful candidate will work remotely to provide expert advice on risk, information security, and data protection standards.

Responsibilities:
– Develop security policies, standards, and guidelines in alignment with industry best practices.
– Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions.
– Assist with the implementation of security controls and monitoring systems.
– Provide guidance on compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance cybersecurity awareness and build a security-conscious culture.
– Stay current on emerging security threats and trends in the cybersecurity landscape.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– 3+ years of experience in information security, risk management, or compliance.
– Solid understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS.
– Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are preferred.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
