This role is a full-time opportunity for a professional with expertise in SAP project management. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of assigned SAP projects, providing project management support to different work streams throughout the project life cycle. Key stakeholders will be engaged to deliver solutions and ensure project success.
Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $18 – $20 per hour

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a busy medical office in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Greet patients as they arrive at the office and direct them to the appropriate department
– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
– Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in the appointment scheduling system
– Verify insurance information and collect co-pays from patients
– Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized at all times
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
