Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage our company’s front desk on a daily basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, as well as responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
2. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
3. Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations
4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area
5. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management

Qualifications:
