The Sustainability Manager position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a tangible impact in promoting sustainability. The role will involve reporting to the Vice President of Finance and a high preference for working closely with them.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and mentorship
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
– Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
– Identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to meet targets
– Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
