Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Office Administrator at our company. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all office operations and administrative support functions.
Responsibilities:
– Manage office operations and ensure smooth running of daily activities
– Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing to appropriate staff members as necessary
– Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
– Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
– Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
– Assist with processing invoices and payments
– Prepare and distribute internal communication documents
– Assist with special projects and events as needed
– Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
Qualifications:
