Senior Manager, Customer Success

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Customer Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer success strategies, managing a team of customer success associates, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities:
– Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
– Manage and mentor a team of customer success associates
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers
– Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and drive customer success initiatives
– Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer success programs

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
– Proven track record of driving customer success and retention
– Experience with CRM systems and customer success software is a plus
