Position: Office Clerk/Receptionist
Location: Ottawa, ON
Salary: $18 – $22 per hour
Our client, a dynamic and growing firm, is seeking an Office Clerk/Receptionist to join their team in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization, as well as greeting and assisting visitors.
Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Sorting and distributing incoming mail
– Filing and organizing documents
– Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of experience in an office setting
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
