Job Description
Our company is looking for a motivated and organized administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
– Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
– Data entry and maintaining accurate records
– Assisting with payroll and billing processes
– Assisting with special projects and events as needed
Qualifications:

– 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
