Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Mississauga, ON. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office and assist with various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
– Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
– Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
– Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
– Detail-oriented and self-motivated
– Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is an asset
