Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Full-time

Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Providing product information
– Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
– Processing orders and returns
– Maintaining customer records and updating databases
– Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills
