Position: Dental Receptionist

Location: Vaughan, ON

Salary: $20 – $25 per hour

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Description:

Our dental office is seeking a reliable and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients.

Responsibilities:

– Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer phone calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
– Verify insurance information and process payments
– Manage patient records and update information as needed
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office or receptionist role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and organization
– Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
– Proficient in using computer software and electronic health records
