Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, as well as processing orders and providing product information.
Responsibilities:
– Answering customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a positive and efficient manner
– Processing customer orders and providing information on product availability
– Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases
– Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
