Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Toronto. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of clients across different industries. Your duties will include sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating the selection process, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
– Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
– Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
– Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and clients
– Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
– Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment database
– Monitor market trends and provide insights on industry best practices

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency setting
– Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
