Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: $15 – $18 per hour

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Providing information about products and services
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
– Processing orders and providing order status updates
– Maintaining customer records and updating account information
– Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
