Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting assessments, implementing and managing patient care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

– Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
– Monitoring and assessing patient conditions and providing appropriate interventions
– Educating patients and their families on health-related issues and promoting wellness
– Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
– Maintaining accurate and complete patient records
– Participating in quality improvement initiatives and adhering to nursing standards and protocols

Qualifications:

– Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia
– BCLS certification
– Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
