The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, and promoting customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and emails, providing prompt and courteous service
– Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner
– Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system
– Assist with customer account management tasks as needed

Qualifications:

– Previous customer service experience is an asset
