Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead a team of software developers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing a team and delivering high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:
– Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance software development team
– Drive the delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
– Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
– Define and implement best practices for software development processes
– Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions
– Actively participate in recruiting and hiring top talent for the team
– Perform regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
– Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in software development

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
– 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in a management role
– Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools
