Position: Sales Associate

Location: Calgary, Alberta

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be responsible for assisting with inventory management and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Provide product information and assist customers with their purchase decisions
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
– Monitor and replenish inventory as needed
– Participate in store meetings and training sessions
– Uphold company policies and procedures
– Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Basic math and computer skills
– Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
