Our firm is looking to hire a Customer Sales Support professional who is goal-driven and motivated to help drive sales and marketing efforts for the company’s growth.
Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Salary: $16 – $18 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Job Description:
– Receive inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
– Process orders and update customer information in the database
– Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues
– Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by management
– Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is an asset
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
