Job Description
Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, and have previous experience in an administrative role.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
– Maintain contact lists
– Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field
– Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
