Customer Solutions Specialists with strong service skills are responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities using targeted marketing lists. They work closely with other team members, including the outside sales team, to build and execute marketing campaigns.
Title: Account Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year

Job Description:
Our company is looking for a skilled Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success, developing positive relationships with clients, and acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams. Successful candidates will also be responsible for resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Proven work experience as an Account Manager (minimum of 3 years)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to make sound decisions and business judgments
– Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
– Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
