Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $15.50 to $17.00 per hour

Job Description:

Our client, a busy medical office in Toronto, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize a busy workload.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct incoming calls
– Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
– Check in and register patients
– Maintain office supplies and inventory
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed
– Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other basic computer software
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
