Job Description

Our client, a leading retail company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join their team in a busy shopping center in the heart of the city. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, managing a team of sales associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
– Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
– Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates
– Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they meet company standards
– Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement action plans to address any issues
– Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
