Job description:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Markham, ON. The main responsibilities of this role include responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Answering incoming customer calls and responding to inquiries
