We are conducting interviews for candidates interested in starting their careers in marketing as a Field Marketing & Sales Representative. This position will report to the Senior Client and offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the industry.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the team by handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
– Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
– Assist with data entry and filing as needed
– Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the team
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
