Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person
– Maintain and organize the reception area
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
