Title: Child and Youth Worker

Location: Kingston, ON

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $21.24 – $29.76 per hour

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Child and Youth Worker to join our team at a reputable organization in Kingston, ON. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and youth with developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each child or youth
– Provide support and guidance to children, youth, and their families
– Assist in the development of life skills, social skills, and problem-solving skills
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall well-being of the clients
– Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in Child and Youth Work or a related field
– Previous experience working with children and youth in a therapeutic setting
– Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in the field
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
– Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
