The Associate Project Manager will be part of the Technology Strategy and Operations team, reporting to the Manager of Technology Business Operations. This team focuses on creating and sustaining inclusion, diversity, and equity within their projects and operations.
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, shipping, and returns
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Process orders and payments using our internal systems
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Identify and escalate any issues to management as needed
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Customer service experience is preferred
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
