The Manager, Digital Portfolio Management will oversee a team of project and program managers and establish a vision for the department. They will be responsible for initiating and overseeing new projects, creating and managing a program/project scope playbook, and working with their own manager to evaluate and improve processes continuously.

Programme Management Officer
Job Role:
Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is seeking a Programme Management Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional program and project management support to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets
– Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines
– Coordinate communication between project stakeholders
– Identify and escalate any project risks or issues
– Prepare project reports and updates for senior management
– Support the Programme Manager in all aspects of programme delivery
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in project management
– Strong knowledge of programme management methodologies and tools
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
