Job Description:
– Proactively manage calendars and appointments
– Provide administrative support including drafting, editing, and proofreading documents
– Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
– Organize and schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
– Answer and direct phone calls and emails
– Maintain filing systems and databases
– Assist with special projects and events as needed
– Adhere to company policies and procedures
– Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in Office Administration or related field
– Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
