The project team operates on an 8/2 roster and reports to the Project Manager. The Senior Project Controller / Planner oversees engineering and project delivery services in the resources, infrastructure and industrial processes sectors on a global scale.
Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of products.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise and direct warehouse staff
– Oversee the receiving and stocking of products
– Ensure accurate inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits
– Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and manage shipments
– Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures
– Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
– Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
– Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and procedures
– Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics
– Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
– Proven leadership and supervisory skills
– Strong knowledge of inventory management and control
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed
– Valid forklift certification is a plus
