Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients. The Customer Service Coordinator will handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes from customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Other responsibilities include processing orders, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work well under pressure.

What You’ll Do:
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
– Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes from customers
– Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of interactions
– Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
– Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
– Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

What You’ll Need:
– 2+ years of experience in a customer service role

– Ability to work well under pressure
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
– High school diploma or equivalent
