Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
– Coordinate meetings and appointments
– Answer and direct phone calls and emails
– Maintain filing systems and databases
