Job Description:

– Perform therapeutic massages of soft tissues and joints
– Assess clients’ soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion
– Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients’ needs
– Maintain client records and document progress
– Provide self-care recommendations to clients
– Consult with other healthcare professionals as needed
– Keep up-to-date with current massage techniques and modalities
– Adhere to all regulatory standards and guidelines

Requirements:

– Diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution
– Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– CPR and First Aid certification is an asset
