The focus will be on business development and preparing individuals for managerial roles within Canadian Profit. By completing all phases of training, participants will be equipped to take on the responsibilities of a manager at the company.
Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, event planning, and marketing campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
– Coordinate and execute social media campaigns across various platforms
– Create engaging content for social media, website, and other marketing materials
– Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events and trade shows
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
– Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in a marketing role
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
