Phase 3 of the project focuses on account management and proactive sales, lasting 15-18 months. The emphasis is on business development, and once training is complete, individuals will be prepared to become managers at a Canadian Profit organization.
Title: Office Administrator

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 a year

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Responsibilities:
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
– Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders
– Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
– Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
– Assist in resolving any administrative problems
– Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an office administrator or office assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
