This phase of the project focuses on account management and proactive sales over a period of 15-18 months. Once training is completed, individuals will be prepared to take on a managerial role at a Profit in Canada.
Position: Sales Manager

Job Description:
– Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth
– Set and achieve sales targets for the team
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
– Train and coach sales team members to improve their performance
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities
– Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management
– Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
– Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and network with potential clients
– Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
