Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: New York City, NY

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office tasks such as answering phones, handling mail, filing documents, and assisting with various administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area
– Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Perform data entry and update records as needed
– Assist with filing and organizing documents
– Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
