The position of Manager involves consistently seeking system-wide improvements with a focus on prevention, health promotion, and protection. The Manager oversees project activities to ensure project specifications are met and facility impacts are minimized, while also ensuring that buildings are maintained.

Job Description:
– Promote and sell products/services to potential and existing customers
– Demonstrate excellent customer service skills while assisting customers with inquiries
– Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
– Meet and exceed sales targets set by management
– Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
– Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
– Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
– Prepare and submit sales reports to management

Qualifications:
– Previous sales experience is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of insurance products is a plus
– Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
