We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and HR programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

– Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to deliver high-quality HR solutions
– Advise on employee relations matters, such as performance management and conflict resolution
– Design and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with business objectives
– Support talent management processes, including talent acquisition, retention, and learning and development
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and initiatives
– Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance with employment regulations

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and talent management
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven ability to build effective relationships with business leaders
– Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is an asset
