Our client, a well-established luxury hotel in Toronto, is currently seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join their dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and a passion for creating exceptional cuisine.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of dishes in accordance with the menu specifications
– Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, ordering, and inventory management

Requirements:
