Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Process incoming invoices and obtain necessary approvals
– Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
– Prepare payments for vendors in a timely manner
– Assist with month-end closing processes
– Provide support to the accounting team as needed

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
– Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
