Job Description:

Horizon Health Network is seeking dedicated and passionate Nurse Practitioners to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide advanced clinical care to patients within a variety of healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive care plans
– Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed
– Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality care for patients
– Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management and preventative health measures
– Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation

Qualifications:
– Registered Nurse Practitioner licensure in New Brunswick
