Title: Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team. The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping, including preparing and packaging orders, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and package customer orders for shipping
– Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickup and delivery times
– Track shipments and provide updates to customers as needed
– Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and maintained
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
– Assist with receiving and storing incoming shipments
– Maintain a clean and organized shipping area

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field preferred
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
