As a manager, I oversee a diverse team of professionals who specialize in delivering customized tax strategies in a complex regulatory environment. I am responsible for the development and delivery of internal Indirect Tax training for our team. Additionally, I am accountable for engagement planning, scheduling, and project management to ensure successful delivery of services to our clients.

Salary: $17 – $20 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries, processing customer orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

– Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and provide timely and accurate responses
– Process customer orders and track order status
– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
– Maintain customer records and update information as needed
– Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
