The Manager, Learning Support is responsible for overseeing the practical and consistent application of learning support programs within the Development, Buildings and Licensing Department. Their main purpose is to support continual improvement by providing direction for these programs.
Job Description

Our company is looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving customer complaints, processing orders, and providing general support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
– Process orders accurately and efficiently
– Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
– Provide general support to the sales team as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
