Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
– Answer customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
– Provide product information to customers and address any questions or concerns they may have
– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
– Process orders and returns in an accurate and timely manner
– Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a customer service role
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
